Approval of the Resolution BACKGROUND Due to term expirations of Sandy Gutierrez, Doris Kester and Margie O'Leary, there are three 3- year terms to be filled on the Pueblo Human Relations Commission —City Appointments for terms expiring December 31, 2012. Both Doris Kester and Margie O'Leary DO wish to be considered for reappointment. Ms. Kester was first appointed to the Commission in 2004, and Ms. O'Leary was first appointed in 2007. Sandy Gutierrez resigned from the Commission in October, 2009. In response to an advertisement published in The Pueblo Chieftain on November 29, 2009, seeking volunteers to serve on this committee, applications were received from the following individuals: NEW APPLICANTS Sidney D. Skirvin INCUMBENTS Doris Kester Margie O'Leary FINANCIAL IMPACT: RESIDENCE City of Pueblo City of Pueblo City of Pueblo This is a volunteer committee, and members serve without compensation.
