RECOMMENDATION Approval of the Resolution. BACKGROUND Due to term expirations of Jeff Falletta and Wm. David Lytle, there are two 4 -year terms to be filled on the Planning and Zoning Commission. Incumbent Jeff Falletta DOES wish to be considered for reappointment. He was first appointed to the Planning and Zoning Commission in 2005. Mr. Lytle DOES NOT wish to be considered for reappointment. The expiration date of these two terms should be November 30, 2013, however, all other 4 -year terms on this board expire on July 1 of the year in which each term ends. Therefore, it is recommended that the expiration date for these two terms be changed from November 30, 2013 to July 1, 2013, in order to create a uniform expiration date of July 1 for all six terms.
