Bruestle Steven Rodriquez SECTION 2: The following individuals are hereby appointed to the Community Services Advisory Commission to complete the four -year terms expiring April 30, 2010, vacated by the resignation of Commission Members William Bolt and Juan Espinosa: Michael A. BACKGROUND There are three terms expiring April 30, 2010 on the Community Services Advisory Commission and two terms expiring April 30, 2009 that are vacant due to resignation of Commission Members Juan Espinosa and William Bolt. Incumbent Commission Members Jennifer Mullen and Donald Bruestle have indicated they DO want to be considered for another term. Incumbent Commission Member Gary Martinez has indicated he DOES NOT wish to be considered for another term. Following an advertisement published in the Pueblo Chieftain on February 18, 2009 seeking volunteers to serve on this Commission, the following individuals submitted applications: Steven Rodriguez Pueblo, Colorado Michael A. Spahr Pueblo, Colorado Marvin Read Pueblo, Colorado RECOMMENDATION Approve the Resolution inserting the names of Jennifer Mullen, Donald Bruestle and Steven Rodriguez for 4 -year terms expiring April 30, 2013, and Michael A. Spahr and Marvin Read to complete the vacated terms expiring April 30, 2010. FINANCIAL IMPACT None
