Approve Resolution appointing members to the Arts and Conference Center Board of Trustees. BACKGROUND Due to term expirations of Board Members Sharon Hawkins, Martha R. (Marty) Poole and Cathy Valenzuela, there are three (3) vacancies on the Sangre de Cristo Arts and Conference Center Board of Trustees expiring on December 31, 2008. Only Incumbent Cathy Valenzuela is eligible for re- appointment (both Ms. Hawkins and Ms. Poole are term limited, according to the Board of Trustees' By- laws). Incumbent Cathy Valenzuela does wish to be considered for another term. Advertisements were published in the Pueblo Chieftain on Sunday, November 16, 2008 and again on December 7, 2008, seeking volunteers to serve on this board, and the following questionnaires were received: NEW APPLICANTS: RESIDENCE: Gloria Gutierrez City of Pueblo Randy Wix City of Pueblo Steven Kirkendall City of Pueblo D.
