A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING A SPECIAL WARRANTY DEED
FROM SAMANTHA J. POTOKER FOR ADDITIONAL RIGHT -OF-
WAY FOR LONG STREET (FUTURE BANDERA PARKWAY)
AND SHORT STREET.
WHEREAS, Samantha J. Potoker has conveyed a Special Warranty Deed for
additional right of way to the City of Pueblo for Long Street (Future Bandera Parkway)
and Short Street, and;
WHEREAS, such additional rights of way are necessary for future development.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF PUEBLO, that:
SECTION 1.
The Special Warranty Deed, a copy of which is attached hereto, having been
approved as to form by the City Attorney, is hereby approved and accepted.

TITLE
A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING A SPECIAL WARRANTY DEED FROM SAMANTHA J.
POTOKER FOR ADDITIONAL RIGHT -OF -WAY FOR LONG STREET (FUTURE
BANDERA PARKWAY) AND SHORT STREET.
ISSUE
Should the City Council accept a Special Warranty Deed from Samantha J. Potoker for
the additional right -of -way for Long Street (future Bandera Parkway) and Short Street.
RECOMMENDATION
Approval of this Resolution.
BACKGROUND
The Grantor, Samantha J. Potoker, has conveyed a Special Warranty Deed to the City
of Pueblo for said additional right -of -way for Long Street and Short Street. The Special
Warranty Deed was recorded in the office of the Pueblo County Clerk and Recorder on
March 31, 2008 at Reception Number 1762659.
FINANCIAL IMPACT
None.

SPECIAL WARRANTY DEED
THIS DEED, Made this Al S r day of / A416� M08, between
Samantha J. Potoker, grantor; and
the City of Pueblo, a Municipal Corporation
whose legal address is: 1 City Hall Place, Pueblo, CO 81003
of the County of Pueblo, State of Colorado, grantee:
WITNESS, that is the grantor, for and in consideration of the sum of One Dollar, the receipt and
sufficiency of which is hereby acknowledged, has granted, bargained, sold and conveyed, and by these
presents does grant, bargain, sell, convey and confirm unto the grantee its successors and assigns forever,
all the real property, together with improvements, if any, situate, lying and being in the County of Pueblo
and State of Colorado, described as follows:
The northerly fifteen (15) feet together with the westerly seventy (70) feet of Lot 10, City View
Subdivision, according to the recorded plat thereof, filed for record in Book 16, Page 22, December 18,
1953 in the office of the Pueblo County Clerk and Recorder. See Exhibit "A" attached hereto.
TOGETHER with all and singular the hereditaments and appurtenances thereunto belonging, or
in anywise appertaining, the reversion and reversions, remainder and remainders, rents, issues and profits
thereof, and all the estate, right, title, interest, claim and demand whatsoever of the grantor, either in law or
equity, of, in and to the above bargained premises, with the hereditaments and appurtenances;
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the said premises above bargained and described with the
appurtenances, unto the grantee, its successors and assigns forever. The grantor, for itself, its successors
and assigns does covenant and agree that it shall and will WARRANTY AND FOREVER DEFEND the
above bargained premises in the quiet and peaceable possession of the grantee, its successors, and assigns,
against all and every persons claiming the whole or any part thereof, by, through or under the grantor.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the grantor has executed this deed on the date set forth above.
