HomeMy WebLinkAbout11416RESOLUTION NO. 11416 A RESOLUTION APPROVING AND ACCEPTING A WARRANTY DEED FROM PUEBLO DEVELOPMENT FOUNDATION RELATING TO PARCEL "B" LOT LINE REARRANGEMENT NO. 97 -09, PUEBLO MEMORIAL AIRPORT INDUSTRIAL PARK SUBDIVISION BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF PUEBLO, that: SECTION 1 _ The Warranty Deed dated September 22, 2008 from Pueblo Development Foundation to Pueblo relating to Parcel "B" Lot Line Rearrangement No. 97 -09, Pueblo Memorial Airport Industrial Park Subdivision, a copy of which is attached hereto, having been approved as to form by the City Attorney, is hereby approved and accepted. SECTION 2. This Resolution shall become effective upon final passage and approval. The City Clerk shall cause the Warranty Deed to be recorded in the records of the Pueblo County Clerk and recorder. Accept the conveyance. BACKGROUND City conveyed Lots 43 and 44, Pueblo Memorial Airport Industrial Park Subdivision to Pueblo Development Foundation ( "PDF "). PDF caused the lot lines for Lots 43 and 44 to be rearranged into Parcel A and Parcel B. Parcel A was transferred to Haddenstone and Parcel B remains in the name of PDF. PDF desires to convey Parcel B back to the City.
