The City Planning staff recommends that City Council approve tabling the final action up to an additional 180 days to allow time for completion of an annexation agreement and review by the City Planning and Zoning Commission. BACKGROUND The Pueblo Springs Ranch Annexation 2 comprises 937.77 acres north of the City of Pueblo, east of Interstate 25 and south of the northern boundary of Pueblo County. This Resolution allows additional time for the City to complete an annexation agreement, the Planning and Zoning Commission to review the annexation petition and tables any final action on the action petition for a period of not more than one hundred eighty (180) days. FINANCIAL IMPACT None.
