FRANCIS XAVIER CHURCH FOR THE USE OF THE 1700 BLOCK OF SPRUCE STREET AND LOGAN STREET BETWEEN PINE STREET & ROUTT STREET TO CONDUCT A CHURCH FESTIVAL FROM JULY 25, 2008, THROUGH JULY 27, 2008 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF PUEBLO, that: SECTION 1. The attached Revocable Permit is authorized to be issued to St. Francis Xavier Church for the use of the 1700 Block of Spruce Street and Logan Street between Pine Street and Routt Street for the purpose of conducting a church festival. The period of the Revocable Permit will be from 4:00 p.m. on July 25, 2008, until midnight on July 27, 2008. SECTION 2. The use of the public right -of -way granted hereby is subject to all limitations, terms and conditions set forth in the attached Revocable Permit. RECOMMENDATION The Revocable Permit Review Committee recommends approval of this request. BACKGROUND St. Francis Xavier Church is requesting a Revocable Permit to use public roadways around the church to conduct a church festival. The period of the Revocable Permit will be from 4:00 p.m. on July 25, 2008, until midnight on July 27, 2008. See attached letter from Reverend Uju Patrick Okeahialam, June 4, 2008. FINANCIAL IMPACT None.
