RECOMMENDATION Approve this Resolution. BACKGROUND In January 2008, A &R Construction excavated the Pueblo Wastewater Department's sanitary sewer main located in the easement of 4530 Dillon Drive. The purpose of this excavation was to create a service tap for the construction of a Holiday Inn.
