A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE ISSUANCE OF A REVOCABLE PERMIT TO THE
HISTORIC ARKANSAS RIVERWALK OF PUEBLO AUTHORITY FOR THE USE OF GRAND
AVENUE BETWEEN MAIN STREET & SANTA FE AVENUE AND MAIN STREET BETWEEN
GRAND AVENUE & AT &T DRIVEWAY FOR THE 5 ANNUAL ROLLIN' ON THE RIVERWALK
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF PUEBLO, that:
SECTION 1.
The attached Revocable Permit is authorized to be issued to the HARP Authority for the
use of Grand Avenue between Main Street & Santa Fe Avenue and Main Street between Grand
Avenue & AT &T Driveway on July 4, 2008, from 5:00 a.m. through 11:59 p.m. for the purpose of
the 5 th Annual Rollin' on the Riverwalk.
SECTION 2_
The use of the public right -of -way granted hereby is subject to all limitations, terms and
conditions set forth in the attached Revocable Permit.

ISSUE
Should City Council issue a Revocable Permit to the HARP Authority for the use
of the public right -of -way located at Grand Avenue between Main Street & Santa
Fe Avenue and Main Street between Grand Avenue & AT &T Driveway for the 5
Annual Rollin' on the Riverwalk.
RECOMMENDATION
The Revocable Permit Review Committee recommends approval.
BACKGROUND
The HARP Authority has requested the closures of Grand Avenue between Main
Street & Santa Fe Avenue and Main Street between Grand Avenue & AT &T
Driveway on July 4, 2008, from 5:00 a.m. through 11:59 p.m. to conduct a
festival.
