A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE ISSUANCE OF A REVOCABLE PERMIT TO THE
HISTORIC ARKANSAS RIVERWALK OF PUEBLO AUTHORITY FOR THE USE OF GRAND
AVENUE BETWEEN SANTA FE & MAIN STREET AND MAIN STREET BETWEEN GRAND
AVENUE & AT &T DRIVEWAY FOR THE 8" ANNUAL BOATS, BLUES, AND BBQ.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF PUEBLO, that:
SECTION 1.
The attached Revocable Permit is authorized to be issued to the HARP Authority for the
use of Grand Avenue between Santa Fe & Main Street and Main Street between Grand Avenue
& AT &T Driveway from June 5, 2008 at 6:00 a.m. through June 8, 2008 at 11:50 p.m. for the
purpose of the 8 th Annual Boats, Blues, & BBQ.
SECTION 2_
The use of the public right -of -way granted hereby is subject to all limitations, terms and
conditions set forth in the attached Revocable Permit.

ISSUE
Should City Council issue a Revocable Permit to the HARP Authority for the use
of the public right -of -way located at Grand Avenue between Santa Fe and Main
Street and Main Street between Grand Avenue & AT &T Driveway for the 8`
Annual Boats, Blues, & BBQ.
RECOMMENDATION
The Revocable Permit Review Committee recommends approval.
BACKGROUND
The HARP Authority has requested the closures of Grand Avenue between
Santa Fe & Main Street and Main Street between Grand Avenue & AT &T
Driveway from June 5, 2008, at 6:00 a.m. through June 8, 2008, at 11:50 p.m. to
conduct the 81h Annual Boats, Blues, & BBQ.
