A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE ISSUANCE OF A REVOCABLE PERMIT TO THE
PUEBLO COMMUNITY HEALTH CENTER, INC. FOR THE USE OF THE RIGHT OF WAY IN
THE ALLEY SOUTH OF THE 1300 BLOCK EAST 5 STREET FOR THE PURPOSE OF
CONSTRUCTING A RAISED CROSSWALK.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF PUEBLO, that:
SECTION 1.
The attached Revocable Permit is authorized to be issued to the Pueblo Community
Health Center, Inc. for the use of the right of way in the alley south of the 1300 block of East 5th
Street for the purpose of constructing a raised crosswalk.
SECTION 2.
The use of the public right of way granted hereby is subject to all limitations, terms and
conditions set for in the attached Revocable Permit.

ISSUE
Should the City issue a Revocable Permit allowing the Pueblo Community Health Center, Inc. to
construct a raised crosswalk in the alley right of way located behind the their facility at 1302 E. 5`
Street.
RECOMMENDATION
Approval of the Resolution
BACKGROUND
The Pueblo Community Health Center, Inc. is requesting permission to use the alley right of way
behind their facility at 1302 E. 5` Street to construct a raised crosswalk across the alley from the
employee entrance /exit the parking lot. The attached construction drawings have been approved
by the Transportation and Engineering Departments.
FINANCIAL IMPACT
There is no financial impact to the City.
