HomeMy WebLinkAbout11194RESOLUTION NO. 11194 A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE ISSUANCE OF A REVOCABLE PERMIT TO COLORADO STATE UNIVERSITY - PUEBLO FOR THE USE OF THE RIGHT OF WAY LOCATED AT DESERT FLOWER BLVD AND WALKING STICK BLVD FOR THE PURPOSE OF INSTALLING BANNERS ON STREET LIGHT POLES BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF PUEBLO, that: SECTION 1. The attached Revocable Permit is authorized to be issued to CSU- Pueblo for the use of the right of way located at Desert Flower Blvd and Walking Stick Blvd for the purpose of installing University logo banners on street light poles. SECTION 2. The use of the public right -of -way granted hereby is subject to all limitations, terms and conditions set forth in the attached Revocable Permit. TITLE A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE ISSUANCE OF A REVOCABLE PERMIT TO COLORADO STATE UNIVERSITY - PUEBLO FOR THE USE OF THE RIGHT OF WAY LOCATED AT DESERT FLOWER BLVD AND WALKING STICK BLVD FOR THE PURPOSE OF INSTALLING BANNERS ON STREET LIGHT POLES ISSUE Should City Council issue a Revocable Permit to Colorado State University - Pueblo for the use of the public right -of -way located at Desert Flower Blvd and Walking Stick Blvd for the purpose of installing banners on street light poles. RECOMMENDATION The Revocable Permit Review Committee recommends approval. BACKGROUND Colorado State University - Pueblo has requested the use of the right of way along Desert Flower Blvd and Walking Stick Blvd to install University logo banners on street light poles. Aquila has granted permission to attach to the light poles. See attached letter from Craig Cason, Director of Facilities. FINANCIAL IMPACT None.
