A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE ISSUANCE OF A REVOCABLE PERMIT TO ST.
MARY CORWIN MEDICAL CENTER FOR THE USE OF THE RIGHT OF WAY
LOCATED AT 1008 MINNEQUA AVENUE FOR PURPOSE OF ALLOWING AN
EXISTING PARKING LOT TO REMAIN IN THE RIGHT OF WAY
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF PUEBLO, that:
SECTION 1.
The attached Revocable Permit is authorized to be issued to St. Mary Corwin
Medical Center for the use of the right of way located at 1008 Minnequa Avenue for the
purpose of allowing the existing south parking lot to remain in the right of way.
SECTION 2.
The use of the public right -of -way granted hereby is subject to all limitations,
terms and conditions set forth in the attached Revocable Permit.

ISSUE
Should City Council issue a Revocable Permit to St. Mary Corwin Medical Center
for the use of the right of way located at 1008 Minnequa Avenue.
RECOMMENDATION
The Revocable Permit Review Committee recommends approval of this
Resolution.
BACKGROUND
During the review of the plans for the St. Mary Corwin Medical Center facility
addition and remodel, it was discovered that the existing south parking lot is
encroaching into the right of way. This resolution will allow for the parking lot to
remain in place.
FINANCIAL IMPACT
None.
