A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE ISSUANCE OF A REVOCABLE PERMIT TO THE SENIOR
RESOURCE DEVELOPMENT AGENCY (S.R.D.A.) FOR THE USE OF VICTORIA AVENUE
BETWEEN D STREET & GRAND AVENUE AND GREENWOOD STREET BETWEEN 1sT
STREET & VICTORIA AVENUE FOR THE FIESTA EN LA PLAZA STREET DANCE
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF PUEBLO, that:

The attached Revocable Permit is authorized to be issued to S.R. D.A. for the use of
Victoria Avenue between D Street & Grand Avenue and Greenwood Street between 1S Street &
Victoria Avenue on July 28, 2007 from 12 noon until 12 midnight for the purpose of hosting the
Fiesta en la Plaza street dance.
SECTION 2.
The use of the public right -of -way granted hereby is subject to all limitations, terms and
conditions set forth in the attached Revocable Permit.

ISSUE
Should City Council issue a Revocable Permit to S.R.D.A. for the use of the
public right -of -way located at Victoria Avenue between D Street & Grand Avenue
and Greenwood Street between 1 Street & Victoria Avenue for the Fiesta en la
Plaza street dance.
RECOMMENDATION
The Revocable Permit Review Committee recommends approval.
BACKGROUND
S.R.D.A has requested the closures of Victoria Avenue between D Street &
Grand Avenue and Greenwood Street between 1 8t Street and Victoria Avenue on
July 28, 2007, from 12 noon until 12 midnight to conduct the Fiesta en la Plaza
street dance.
