The transfer of $1,200 from the Contingencies Account in the 2007 General Fund budget to the Out of Cycle Requests Fund is hereby approved. SECTION 2. Said funds shall be dispersed from the Out of Cycle Requests Fund to fund the 28th Annual Latino Chamber of Commerce Dinner Dance. The Latino Chamber has requested $1,200 from the City for this event that will be held on February 24, 2007, at the Pueblo Convention Center. With this sponsorship, the City of Pueblo will receive media recognition as a Gift Sponsor, four tickets to the event, and a banner to be placed at the event. The City was a 2005 and 2006 Gift Sponsor for the same amount. Approval of the Resolution. FINANCIAL IMPACT Funds in the amount of $1,200 will be transferred from the Contingencies Account in the 2007 General Fund Budget (see attached spreadsheet for the balance in the contingencies account).
