(SEH) FOR PROFESSIONAL SERVICES IN THE AMOUNT OF $6,500 PLUS $650 IN CONTINGENCIES RELATED TO THE RELOCATION OF THE COMPASS CALIBRATION PAD AT PUEBLO MEMORIAL AIRPORT AND AUTHORIZING THE PRESIDENT OF THE CITY COUNCIL TO EXECUTE SAME BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF PUEBLO, that: SECTION 1. A certain Agreement for professional services, a copy of which is attached hereto and made part thereof by reference, after having been approved as to form by the City Attorney, by and between the City of Pueblo, a Municipal Corporation, and Short Elliott Hendrickson Inc. (SEH), relating to the relocation of the compass calibration pad at Pueblo Memorial Airport, is hereby approved. SECTION 2. The President of City Council is hereby authorized to execute the Agreement on behalf of Pueblo, a Municipal Corporation, and the City Clerk shall affix the Seal of the City thereto and attest same. SECTION 3. Funds in the amount of $6,500 plus $650 in contingencies shall be expended from Project APO402. (SEH) FOR PROFESSIONAL SERVICES IN THE AMOUNT OF $6,500 PLUS $650 IN CONTINGENCIES RELATED TO THE RELOCATION OF THE COMPASS CALIBRATION PAD AT PUEBLO MEMORIAL AIRPORT AND AUTHORIZING THE PRESIDENT OF THE CITY COUNCIL TO EXECUTE SAME ISSUE Should City Council approve an agreement with SEH for professional services related to the relocation of the compass calibration pad at Pueblo Memorial Airport. RECOMMENDATION Approval of this Resolution BACKGROUND This agreement is for professional services related to the relocation of the compass calibration pad at the airport. Both the FAA and State Aeronautics have agreed to fund the project under the grants in the APO402 project. The FAA grant will provide 95% of the funds and the State grant will provide funding for 2.5% of the project, therefore the City's matching funds will be 2.5 %. FINANCIAL IMPACT Funds in the amount of $6,500 plus $650 in contingencies shall be expended from Project APO402. The Federal portion is $6,792, the State portion is $179 and the City's portion is $179.
