A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE TRANSFER OF $7,000 FROM THE CONTINGENCIES
ACCOUNT IN THE 2006 GENERAL FUND BUDGET TO THE OUT OF CYCLE REQUESTS TO
FUND THE CONCEPTUAL DESIGN OF THE PROPOSED NEW CITY - COUNTY HEALTH
DEPARTMENT
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF PUEBLO, that:
SECTION 1.
The transfer of $7,000 from the Contingencies Account in the 2006 General Fund budget to
the Out of Cycle Requests Fund is hereby approved.
SECTION 2.
Said funds shall be dispersed from the Out of Cycle Requests Fund to fund the conceptual
design of the proposed new City- County Health Department.

A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE TRANSFER OF $7,000 FROM THE
CONTINGENCIES ACCOUNT IN THE 2006 GENERAL FUND BUDGET TO THE OUT
OF CYCLE REQUESTS TO FUND THE CONCEPTUAL DESIGN OF THE PROPOSED
NEW CITY - COUNTY HEALTH DEPARTMENT
ISSUE
The City and County are proposing to build a new City- County Health Department. City
and County staff recommends that a conceptual floor design and cost estimate of this
project for public consumption to better understand the nature and scope of this
endeavor. The cost of this design and cost estimate will total $14,000 with the City and
County sharing this cost equally at $7,000 each.
Approval of the Resolution. Resolution is at the request by Council Member Chostner.
FINANCIAL IMPACT
Funds in the amount of $7,000 will be transferred from the Contingencies Account in the
2006 General Fund Budget (see attached spreadsheet for the balance in the
contingencies account).
