HomeMy WebLinkAbout10714RESOLUTION NO. 10714 A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE ISSUANCE OF A REVOCABLE PERMIT TO THE HARP AUTHORITY FOR THE USE OF GRAND AVENUE BETWEEN SANTA FE AVENUE & MAIN STREET TO HOST THE GREATER PUEBLO CHAMBER OF COMMERCE'S "BUSINESS AFTER HOURS" BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF PUEBLO, that: SECTION 1 The attached Revocable Permit is authorized to be issued to the HARP Authority for the use of Grand Avenue between Santa Fe Avenue & Main Street on May 18, 2006 from 3:00 p.m. through 9:00 p.m. to host a business social. SECTION 2. The use of the public right -of -way granted hereby is subject to all limitations, terms and conditions set forth in the attached Revocable Permit. TITLE A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE ISSUANCE OF A REVOCABLE PERMIT TO THE HARP AUTHORITY FOR THE USE OF GRAND AVENUE BETWEEN SANTA FE AVENUE & MAIN STREET TO HOST THE GREATER PUEBLO CHAMBER OF COMMERCE'S "BUSINESS AFTER HOURS" ISSUE Should City Council issue a Revocable Permit to the HARP Authority for the use of the public right -of -way located at Grand Avenue between Santa Fe Avenue and Main Street to host a business social. RECOMMENDATION The Revocable Permit Review Committee recommends approval. BACKGROUND The HARP Authority has requested the closures of Grand Avenue between Santa Fe Avenue & Main Street on May 18, 2006, from 3:00 p.m. through 9:00 p.m. to host a business social. See attached letter from Niki Toussaint, HARP Authority, dated March 29, 2006. FINANCIAL IMPACT None.
