RECOMMENDATION Approval of the Resolution Three vacancies will exist on this board due to term expirations on May 31, 2006. Incumbent John Wark, who serves as the representative for the Historic Business Zone District (District Tenants /Property Owners) has stated he WOULD LIKE to be considered for reappointment to this board, however, he will only be a property owner until January 1s', 2007. If Mr. Wark were to be reappointed, he would have to resign his position once he became ineligible and at that time the City Clerk's Office would have to readvertise to seek volunteers to complete this term. Also, Gary Trujillo who serves as the representative for the Architect/Design Professional WOULD LIKE to be considered for reappointment. Mr. Wark was first appointed to this board in 1998 and Mr. Trujillo in 1985. Mr. Wark would like to be considered for reappointment It has been recommended by the Planning Department that Senior Planner, Steven Meier, be reappointed to serve as the representative for the HARP One Zone District (Tenant or Property Owner). In the future, when there are more tenants and /or property owners, appointments for this position shall be made from the tenants or property owners from the Zone District. Following an ad published in the Pueblo Chieftain on Sunday, March 26, 2006 seeking volunteers to serve on this board, and John K. Demas submitted an application. Mr. Dames would like to be considered for the Historic Business Zone District (District Tenants /Property Owners).
