A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE ISSUANCE OF A REVOCABLE PERMIT TO THE
UNIVERISTY OF COLORADO AT DENVER FOR THE USE OF THE RIGHT OF WAY AT
VICTORIA AVENUE & D STREET, VICTORIA AVENUE & C STREET, AND UNION AVENUE & B
STREET TO CONDUCT A STUDENT FILM PROJECT
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF PUEBLO, that:
SECTION 1.
The attached Revocable Permit is authorized to be issued to the University of Colorado at
Denver for the use of the public right of way to conduct a student film project at the following
locations:
• April 14, 2006 –Victoria Avenue & D Street from 5:00 p.m. until 10:00 p.m.
• April 15, 2006 – Victoria Avenue & C Street from 7:30 a.m. until Noon.
• April 16, 2006 – Union Avenue & B Street from 7:30 a.m. until Noon.
SECTION 2.
The use of the public right -of -way granted hereby is subject to all limitations, terms and
conditions set forth in the attached Revocable Permit.

Should City Council issue a Revocable Permit to the University of Colorado -
Denver for the use of the right of way at Victoria Avenue & D Street, Victoria
Avenue & C Street, and Union Avenue & B Street for the purpose of conducting a
student film project
RECOMMENDATION
The Revocable Permit Review Committee recommends approval
BACKGROUND
The University of Colorado — Denver has requested the use of the Historic
Downtown area as a backdrop to a film that their Film Production students are
producing. They will be making the following street closures:
• April 14, 2006 — Victoria Avenue & D Street from 5:00 p.m. until 10:00 p.m.
• April 15, 2006 —Victoria Avenue & C Street from 7:30 a.m. until Noon.
• April 16, 2006 — Union Avenue & B Street from 7:30 a.m. until Noon.
