A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE ISSUANCE OF A REVOCABLE PERMIT TO
NEIGHBORWORKS AND THE BESSEMER HISTORICAL SOCIETY FOR THE USE OF MESA
AVENUE FROM EVANS AVENUE TO SANTA FE AVENUE ON JUNE 24, 2006 TO CONDUCT A
FUNDRAISER
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF PUEBLO, that:
SECTION 1.
The attached Revocable Permit is authorized to be issued to Neighborworks and the
Bessemer Historical Society for the use of Mesa Avenue from Evans Avenue to Santa Fe Avenue
for the purpose of conducting a fundraiser. The period of the Revocable Permit will be from Noon
until 11:00 p.m. on June 24, 2006.
SECTION 2.
The use of the public right -of -way granted hereby is subject to all limitations, terms and
conditions set forth in the attached Revocable Permit.

ISSUE
Should City Council issue a Revocable Permit to Neighborworks and the
Bessemer Historical Society for the purpose of conducting a fundraiser.
RECOMMENDATION
The Revocable Permit Review Committee recommends approval of this
Resolution.
BACKGROUND
Neighborworks and the Bessemer Historical Society would like to host a
fundraiser to continue the revitalization of the Bessemer neighborhood. The
period of the Revocable Permit will be from Noon until 11:00 p.m. on June 24,
2006. See attached letter from Corinne Koehler, dated February 28, 2006.
