HomeMy WebLinkAbout10566RESOLUTION NO. 10566 • RESOLUTION APPROVING THE TRANSFER OF PROPERTY FROM THE CITY OF PUEBLO, • MUNICIPAL CORPORATION, TO THE SENIOR RESOURCE DEVELOPMENT AGENCY, A NON - PROFIT ORGANIZATION, AND AUTHORIZING THE PRESIDENT OF CITY COUNCIL TO EXECUTE SAME BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF PUEBLO, that: SECTION 1. The following motor vehicle owned by the City of Pueblo is declared to be of no value to the City's needs: 1995 GMC White Passenger Van /Model G30 VIN# 1GJGG39K6SF519904 SECTION 2. The President of City Council is hereby authorized to execute, and the City Clerk to attest, a certificate of title for conveyance of said property from city ownership to the Senior Resource Development Agency. SRDA would like to donate this motor vehicle to the Boys and Girls Club because a vehicle owned by the Boys and Girls Club has ceased to operate. It has been determined by the Purchasing Department that this vehicle is of no value to the City due to deterioration, and a certificate of title can be conveyed to SRDA for the purpose of donation. SRDA has since purchased a new van. RECOMMENDATION Approval of the Resolution. FINANCIAL IMPACT None.
