ISSUE
The Senior Resource Development Agency (SRDA) has been utilizing a 1995
GMC white passenger van that is owned by the City of Pueblo. SRDA would like
to donate this motor vehicle to the Boys and Girls Club because a vehicle owned
by the Boys and Girls Club has ceased to operate. It has been determined by
the Purchasing Department that this vehicle is of no value to the City due to
deterioration, and a certificate of title can be conveyed to SRDA for the purpose
of donation. SRDA has since purchased a new van.
