A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE ISSUANCE OF A REVOCABLE PERMIT TO STARWORTH
PROPERTIES, LLC, FOR THE USE OF THE PUBLIC RIGHT OF WAY AT 421 NORTH MAIN
STREET
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF PUEBLO, that:
SECTION 1.
The attached Revocable Permit is authorized to be issued to Starworth Properties, LLC, for
the use of the public right of way located at 421 North Main Street to accommodate the installation
of two awnings and for the placement of two tables and four chairs (not for sidewalk cafe
purposes).
SECTION 2.
The use of the public right -of -way granted hereby is subject to all limitations, terms and
conditions set forth in the attached Revocable Permit.

ISSUE
Should City Council issue a Revocable Permit to Starworth Properties, LLC, for the use
of the public right -of -way located at 421 North Main Street for installation of two awnings
and placement of two tables and four chairs.
RECOMMENDATION
The Revocable Permit Review Committee recommends that City Council approve this
request.
BACKGROUND
Starworth Properties, LLC, has requested the use of the right of way located at 421
North Main Street to accommodate the installation of two awnings and the placement of
two tables and four chairs. Placement of these tables and chairs shall not be for the
use of a sidewalk cafe, and applicant understands that if any establishment inside this
building begins serving food outside, an additional permit shall be required.

None.
