A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE ISSUANCE OF A REVOCABLE PERMIT TO THE HARP
AUTHORITY FOR THE USE OF VICTORIA AVENUE BETWEEN GREENWOOD STREET AND
AQUILA PARKING LOT, GREENWOOD STREET BETWEEN 1 ST STREET AND VICTORIA
AVENUE, 1 ST STREET BETWEEN ELIZABETH STREET AND GREENWOOD STREET, AND
ELIZABETH STREET BETWEEN 1 ST STREET AND 2 ND STREET ON NOVEMBER 25, 2005 TO
CONDUCT THE HOLIDAY LIGHTING EXTRAVAGANZA
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF PUEBLO, that:
SECTION 1.
The attached Revocable Permit is authorized to be issued to the HARP Authority for the
use of Victoria Avenue between Greenwood Street and Aquila parking lot, Greenwood Street
between 1' Street and Victoria Avenue, 1' Street between Elizabeth Street and Greenwood Street,
and Elizabeth Street between 1' Street and 2 nd Street on November 25, 2005 from 12:00 noon to
10:00 p.m. to conduct the Holiday Lighting Extravaganza.
SECTION 2.
The use of the public right -of -way granted hereby is subject to all limitations, terms and
conditions set forth in the attached Revocable Permit.

ISSUE
Should City Council issue a Revocable Permit to the HARP Authority for the use
of Victoria Avenue between Greenwood Street and Aquila parking lot,
Greenwood Street between 1 Street and Victoria Avenue, 1 Street between
Elizabeth Street and Greenwood Street, and Elizabeth Street between 15c Street
and 2 nd Street for the purpose of conducting the Holiday Lighting Extravaganza.
RECOMMENDATION
The Revocable Permit Review Committee recommends approval.
BACKGROUND
The HARP Authority has requested the closure of several streets surrounding
HARP on November 25, 2005 from 12:00 noon to 10:00 p.m. to conduct the
Holiday Lighting Extravaganza.
