CONTINGENCIES ACCOUNT IN THE 2005 GENERAL FUND BUDGET TO
THE OUT OF CYCLE REQUESTS TO FUND THE PUEBLO AIRCRAFT
MUSEUM COSTS OF TRANSPORTING A U.S. NAVY T -34 AIRCRAFT FROM
MILLINGTON, TENNESSEE TO PUEBLO, COLORADO
ISSUE
The Pueblo Aircraft Museum retrieved a U.S. Navy T -34 (Mentor/Trainer) aircraft
from Millington, Tennessee for the purposes of display in our facility. The
aircraft is on loan from the Millington Flying Club for an indefinite period of time.
Four individuals from the Aircraft Museum were part of this trip and accumulated
traveling costs of fuel, lodging and meals in the amount of $2,000. The Pueblo
Aircraft Museum has requested assistance with these costs due to the museum's
current budget constraints.
