TITLE
A RESOLUTION APPOINTING TWO INDIVIDUALS, MS. JENNIFER MULLEN
AND MR. GARY MARTINEZ, TO THE COMMUNITY SERVICES ADVISORY
COMMISSION (CSAC) WITH EACH PERSON BEING APPOINTED TO A TERM
OF FOUR YEARS
ISSUE
The Community Services Advisory Commission (CSAC) has two positions
needing re- appointment each having a four -year term. Ms. Jennifer Mullen has
completed a one (1) term and has reapplied for another four year -term, and Mr.
Gary Martinez, who is also applying for a 4 -year appointment, is replacing Mr.
Dan Chavez. Mr. Chavez became ineligible to serve on the Commission once he
became employed with Crossroads, Inc. due to this organization being a
recipient of City /County funds. This resolution is concurring with resolutions
passed by the County on August 9, 2005, and the Pueblo Area Council of
Governments (PACOG) on July 28, 2005 appointing Ms. Mullen and Mr. Martinez
to these positions.
