RECOMMENDATION
Approval of the Resolution
BACKGROUND
There is one term expiring on the Liquor and Beer Licensing Board on August 1, 2005.
Incumbent Brian "Scott" Cunningham has indicated he would like to be considered for
reappointment. Mr. Cunningham was appointed to the board in 2003 to complete the term
vacated by Board Member Janna Pullaro. (See attached questionnaire)
New applicant, Theo V. Barros (Ted) submitted an application in January 2004 and asked the
City Clerk's Office to keep it on file until there was a vacancy. (See attached questionnaire)
An advertisement seeking volunteers to serve on this board was published in The Puebio
Chieftain on Sunday, June 12, 2005. Alan Anderson contacted our office to have us include his
application from a previous recruitment process as he is still interested in being appointed to this
Board and Catherine "Cathy" A. Garcia also responded to the ad. (See attached
questionnaires)
