TITLE
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE TRANSFER OF $4,500 FROM THE
CONTINGENCIES ACCOUNT IN THE 2005 GENERAL FUND BUDGET TO
THE OUT OF CYCLE REQUESTS TO FUND THE REBUILDING OF ONE (1)
PUMP AT THE SEWAGE LIFT STATION AT THE GREENWAY AND NATURE
CENTER
ISSUE
The Greenway and Nature Center is requesting the City of Pueblo to assist in the
rebuilding of one (1) pump at their Sewage Lift Station. Initially, the Greenway
and Nature Center project called for the replacement of two (2) pumps, however,
after reviewing the time factor for the summer recreational season, it was
decided that a rebuilding of one (1) pump would suffice at this time. The
estimated total cost of this project is $8,617.03 with the County of Pueblo
contributing 50% to offset this cost, as well as the City of Pueblo contributing the
same percentage.
