A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE ISSUANCE OF A REVOCABLE PERMIT TO THE
GREATER PUEBLO CHAMBER OF COMMERCE FOR THE USE OF 3 RD STREET BETWEEN
SANTA FE AVENUE AND MAIN STREET ON JUNE 17 & 18, 2005 TO CONDUCT A
MOTORCYCLE RALLY
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF PUEBLO, that:
SECTION 1.
The attached Revocable Permit is authorized to be issued to the Greater Pueblo Chamber
of Commerce for the use of 3rd Street between Santa Fe Avenue and Main Street on June 17,
2005 from noon to 5:00 p.m. and June 18, 2005 from 9:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. for the purpose of
conducting a motorcycle rally.
SECTION 2.
The use of the public right -of -way granted hereby is subject to all limitations, terms and
conditions set forth in the attached Revocable Permit.

ISSUE
Should City Council issue a Revocable Permit to the Greater Pueblo Chamber of
Commerce for the use of the public right -of -way to conduct a motorcycle rally.
RECOMMENDATION
Approval of this Resolution.
BACKGROUND
The Greater Pueblo Chamber of Commerce has requested the use of the public
right -of -way located on 3` Street between Santa Fe Avenue and Main Street on
June 17, 2005, from noon to 5:00 p.m. and on June 18, 2005 from 9:00 a.m. until
5:00 p.m. to conduct a motorcycle rally.
