A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE ISSUANCE OF A REVOCABLE PERMIT TO ST. FRANCIS
XAVIER CHURCH FOR THE 1700 BLOCK OF SPRUCE STREET, THE ALLEY -WAY BETWEEN
SPRUCE STREET AND PINE STREET OF THE SAME 1700 BLOCK, THE 500 BLOCK OF
LOGAN STREET AND THE 600 BLOCK OF LOGAN STREET ON JULY 9 & 10, 2005 TO
CONDUCT A CHURCH FESTIVAL
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF PUEBLO, that:
SECTION 1.
The attached Revocable Permit is authorized to be issued to St. Francis Xavier Church for
the use of the 1700 Block of Spruce Street, the 500 Block of Logan Street, and the 600 Block of
Logan Street for the purpose of conducting a church festival. The period of the Revocable Permit
will be from 6:00 p.m. on July 9, 2005 and ending at 11:55 p.m. on July 10, 2005.
SECTION 2.
The use of the public right -of -way granted hereby is subject to all limitations, terms and
conditions set forth in the attached Revocable Permit.

ISSUE
Should City Council issue a Revocable Permit St. Francis Xavier Church for the
use of the 1700 Block of Spruce Street, the alley -way between Spruce Street and
Pine Street of the same 1700 Block, the 500 Block of Logan Street, and the 600
Block of Logan Street for the purpose of conducting a church festival.
RECOMMENDATION
The Revocable Permit Review Committee recommends approval of this request.
BACKGROUND
St. Francis Xavier Church is requesting a Revocable Permit to use public
roadways around the church to conduct a church festival. The period of the
Revocable Permit will be from 6:00 p.m. on July 9, 2005 and ending at 11:55
p.m. on July 10, 2005.
