HomeMy WebLinkAbout10375RESOLUTION NO. 10375 A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE ISSUANCE OF A REVOCABLE PERMIT TO HARP AUTHORITY FOR THE USE OF MAIN STREET BETWEEN GRAND AVENUE AND "D" STREET AND GRAND AVENUE BETWEEN SOUTH SANTA FE AVENUE AND MAIN STREET FOR THE "ROLLIN' ON THE RIVERWALK" CONCERT BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF PUEBLO, that: SECTION 1. The attached Revocable Permit is authorized to be issued to the HARP Authority for the use of Main Street between Grand Avenue and "D" Street and Grand Avenue between South Santa Fe Avenue and Main Street on July 1, 2005 from 2:00 p.m. until 11:00 p.m. for the purpose conducting the "Rollin' on the Riverwalk" concert. SECTION 2. The use of the public right -of -way granted hereby is subject to all limitations, terms and conditions set forth in the attached Revocable Permit. ISSUE Should City Council issue a Revocable Permit to the HARP Authority for the use of the public right -of -way located on Main Street between Grand Avenue and "D" Street and Grand Avenue between South Santa Fe Avenue and Main Street to conduct a concert. RECOMMENDATION The Revocable Permit Review Committee recommends approval. BACKGROUND The HARP Authority has requested the closure of Main Street between Grand Avenue and "D" Street and Grand Avenue between South Santa Fe Avenue and Main Street on July 1, 2005 from 2:00 p.m. until 11:00 p.m. for the Rollin' on the Riverwalk concert. See attached letter from Molly Schumacher, HARP Authority, dated March 23, 2005. FINANCIAL IMPACT None.
