HomeMy WebLinkAbout10311RESOLUTION NO. 10311 A RESOLUTION APPOINTING COUNCIL MEMBERS TO THE PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION, THE PUEBLO REGIONAL BUILDING COMMISSION, THE COMMITTEE ON DISPOSITION OF FORFEITED PROPERTY, THE URBAN RENEWAL AUTHORITY OF PUEBLO, COLORADO, AND THE PUEBLO MEMORIAL AIRPORT ADVISORY COMMITTEE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF PUEBLO THAT: SECTION 1. Gilbert Ortiz is hereby appointed as the City Council Representative on the Planning and Zoning Commission for a term expiring January 31, 2006. SECTION 2. Ray Aguilera is hereby appointed as the City Council Representative on the Pueblo Regional Building Commission for a term expiring January 31, 2006. SECTION 3. Robert D. Schilling, Jr. is hereby appointed as the City Council Representative on the Committee on Disposition of Forfeited Property for a term expiring January 31, 2006. SECTION 4. Michael Occhiato is hereby appointed as the City Council Representative to the Urban Renewal Authority of Pueblo, Colorado for a term expiring January 31, 2006. .q Fr.T10N Jeff Chostner is hereby appointed as the City Council Representative to serve as an Ex Officio member of the Urban Renewal Authority of Pueblo, Colorado for a term expiring January 31, 2006. SECTION 6. Michael Occhiato is hereby appointed as the City Council Representative on the Pueblo Memorial Airport Advisory Committee for a term expiring January 31, 2006. GALL[, CITY MANAGER TITLE A RESOLUTION APPOINTING COUNCIL MEMBERS TO THE PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION, THE PUEBLO REGIONAL BUILDING COMMISSION, THE COMMITTEE ON DISPOSITION OF FORFEITED PROPERTY, THE URBAN RENEWAL AUTHORITY OF PUEBLO, COLORADO, AND THE PUEBLO MEMORIAL AIRPORT ADVISORY COMMITTEE ISSUE This Resolution will appoint a Council representative to boards and commissions where it is either required that a Council Person be a member or it has been the policy to have a Council Person as a member. All of the appointments will expire January 31, 2006. Please note that this resolution appoints two members to the Urban Renewal Authority; one appointment is a voting member, the other is in an Ex- Officio capacity, as State Statute limits the number of Council Members that may serve on the Urban Renewal Authority to one. RECOMMENDATION Approval. FINANCIAL IMPACT None.
