A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY OF PUEBLO TO APPLY FOR A 2005
COLORADO DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION LEAF GRANT FOR DUI
ENFORCEMENT
ISSUE
Should the City of Pueblo submit a CDOT LEAF Grant in the amount of $25,000.00?
RECOMMENDATION
The Police Department recommends approval to continue DUI enforcement efforts.
BACKGROUND
This grant application, if approved, will allow the Police Department to increase its efforts in
DUI enforcement throughout the 2005 grant year. The grant is only for overtime for officers
working sobriety checkpoints and saturations patrols.
