RECOMMENDATION Approval of the Resolution BACKGROUND There are two terms expiring on the Human Relations Commission. Incumbent Sharon E. Turner has indicated that she does NOT want to be considered for reappointment. The other vacancy exists due to a lack of applicants. An advertisement was published in The Pueblo Chieftain on Sunday, September 12, 2004 seeking volunteers to serve on this committee and the following individuals submitted an application: NEW APPLICANTS: Eric S.
