HomeMy WebLinkAbout10227RESOLUTION NO. 10227 A RESOLUTION APPOINTING THE PRESIDING JUDGE OF THE MUNICIPAL COURT BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF PUEBLO, that: SECTION 1 William Alexander is hereby appointed as the Municipal Judge of the Pueblo Municipal Court for a term of two years from October 28, 2004 to October 27, 2006, and he is hereby designated as the presiding Judge of the Municipal Court. He shall act as Municipal Court Administrator and shall supervise all Municipal Court personnel. The term of the presiding municipal judge William Alexander expires October 27, 2004, and he has requested reappointment for another two -year term. RECOMMENDATION Approval. FINANCIAL IMPACT The Presiding Judge will receive a salary and related benefits as shall be fixed by the City Council. These amounts will be incorporated into the 2005 budget and there are adequate funds remaining in the 2004 Municipal Court budget to pay the salary and benefits for the remainder of this year.
