Re: WestRidge Filing No. 7
Dear Committee Members:
Creating Neighborhoods for Pueblo's New Homes
TI lette* is written to regt; °st a six month extension f.z fi ial approval of the improvement plans
for the above referenced plat. This plat was approved by city council on September 22, 2003.
During the past several months we have been concentrating on other areas where lot production
was more urgent, and we have not yet completed the improvements plans. our engineers are
currently working on these plans, and we expect them to be completed and submitted to the city
within the next 60 days.
Per conformance with the city's subdivision ordinance, we respectfully request the six month
extension allowed by ordinance so there is adequate time to complete the designs, submit to the
city, respond to staff comments and gain final signatures and approvals. We think that the six
month extension is probably more than we need however, we thinks it's probably in everyone's
best interest to be sure we have adequate time to complete the process.
We request that this item be scheduled for a city council meeting sufficiently in advance so that
we do not run the risk of exceeding the one year deadline for plan approval. If you have any
questions or need further information, please advise.
Best regards,
r
