TITLE
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE ISSUANCE OF A REVOCABLE PERMIT
TO J.R.'S COUNTRY STORE FOR THE USE OF THE PUBLIC RIGHT OF WAY
AT 3920 HOLLYBROOK LANE.
ISSUE
Should City Council issue a Revocable Permit to J.R.'s Country Store for the use
of the public right -of -way located at 3920 Hollybrook Lane to install a sign.
RECOMMENDATION
The Revocable Permit Review Committee recommends that City Council DENY
this Resolution. The applicant has the opportunity to erect a sign that meets the
City of Pueblo sign regulations within the property lines of this business.
Extending the proposed sign into the public right -of -way is not necessary as
there are feasible on -site alternatives.
This issue was first heard by City Council on June 25, 2004. At that meeting,
Council voted to continue this request until July 12, 2004. The applicant has
subsequently requested an extended continuance until July 26, 2004 (copy
