A RESOLUTION APPOINTING MEMBERS TO THE SISTER CITY COMMISSION

expiring July 1, 2008?
RECOMMENDATION
Approval of the Resolution
There are three terms expiring on the Sister City Commission on July 31, 2004. Incumbents Jack
Quinn and Manuel Sarmiento have indicated that they would like to be considered for reappointment.
Mr. Quinn and Mr. Sarmiento were appointed to the Commission in 1985. Since Incumbent Darlene
Armijo did not reapply, the City Clerk's Office tried to contact her at the last known phone number we
have on file, however she was no longer at that number.
An advertisement seeking volunteers to serve on this committee was published in The Pueblo
Chieftain, on Sunday, June 6, 2004 and the individuals listed below submitted an application and are
attached for your review.
