HomeMy WebLinkAbout10123RESOLUTION NO. 10123 A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE ISSUANCE OF A REVOCABLE PERMIT TO HARP FOUNDATION FOR THE USE OF MAIN STREET BETWEEN GRAND AVENUE AND "D" STREET AND GRAND AVENUE BETWEEN SOUTH SANTA FE AVENUE AND MAIN STREET ON JULY 2, 2004 FROM 2:00 P.M. UNTIL 11:00 P.M. FOR THE "ROLLIN' ON THE RIVERWALK" CONCERT BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF PUEBLO, that: SECTION 1. The attached Revocable Permit is authorized to be issued to the HARP Foundation for the use of Main Street between Grand Avenue and "D" Street and Grand Avenue between South Santa Fe Avenue and Main Street on July 2, 2004 from 2:00 p.m. until 11:00 p.m. for the purpose conducting the "Rollin' on the Riverwalk" concert. SECTION 2. The use of the public right -of -way granted hereby is subject to all limitations, terms and conditions set forth in the attached Revocable Permit. ISSUE Should City Council issue a Revocable Permit to the HARP Foundation for the use of the public right -of -way located on Main Street between Grand Avenue and "D" Street and Grand Avenue between South Santa Fe Avenue and Main Street to conduct a concert. RECOMMENDATION The Revocable Permit Review Committee reviewed all data presented and recommends that the City Council approve the Revocable Permit. BACKGROUND See attached letter from Peter McCarthy, HARP Foundation, dated April 26, 2004. FINANCIAL IMPACT None.
