A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE ISSUANCE OF A REVOCABLE PERMIT TO THE SHRINE
OF ST. THERESE CHURCH FOR THE USE OF ADAMS AVENUE BETWEEN CLEVELAND
AVENUE AND GOODNIGHT AVENUE ON JUNE 6, 2004, FROM 6:00 A.M. TO 8:00 P.M. TO
CONDUCT A CHURCH FESTIVAL
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF PUEBLO, that:
SECTION 1 _
The attached Revocable Permit is authorized to be issued to Shrine of St. Therese Church
for the use of Adams Avenue between Cleveland Avenue and Goodnight Avenue for the purpose
of conducting a church festival. The period of the Revocable Permit will be from 6:00 a.m. until
8:00 p.m. on June 6, 2004.
SECTION 2
The use of the public right -of -way granted hereby is subject to all limitations, terms and
conditions set forth in the attached Revocable Permit.

ISSUE
Should City Council issue a revocable permit to Shrine of St. Therese Church for
the use of Adams Avenue between Cleveland Avenue and Goodnight Avenue for
the purpose of conducting a church festival. The period of the Revocable Permit
will be from 6:00 a.m. until 8:00 p.m. on June 6, 2004.
RECOMMENDATION
The Revocable Permit Review Committee reviewed all data presented and
recommends that the City Council approve the Revocable Permit.
