HomeMy WebLinkAbout09669RESOLUTION NO. 9669 A RESOLUTION APPROVING A PURCHASE AGREEMENT BETWEEN PUEBLO, A MUNICIPAL CORPORATION AND PUEBLO DEL SOL, LLC RELATING TO THE PURCHASE OF VACANT LAND FOR A FIRE STATION BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF PUEBLO, that: SECTION 1 The Purchase Agreement dated August 26, 2002 between Pueblo, a Municipal Corporation and Pueblo Del Sol, LLC relating to the purchase of vacant land for a fire station, a copy of which is attached hereto, having been approved as to form by the City Attorney, is hereby approved. The President of the City Council is authorized to execute and deliver the Purchase Agreement in the name of the City. SECTION 2 Funds are available in Capital Account No. CP0204 for the purchase of the vacant land and related expenses.
