HomeMy WebLinkAbout09658RESOLUTION NO. 9658 A RESOLUTION APPROVING AGREEMENTS BETWEEN PUEBLO, A MUNICIPAL CORPORATION, PUEBLO SCHOOL DISTRICT NO. 60, AND THE GREAT OUTDOORS COLORADO TRUST FUND RELATING TO THE FAIRMOUNT PARK RENOVATION PROJECT AND AUTHORIZING THE PRESIDENT OF CITY COUNCIL TO EXECUTE SAME BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF PUEBLO, that: SECTION 1. The following Agreements, (a) Agreement dated as of August 12, 2002 between the City and Pueblo School District No. 60, and (b) Grant Agreement between the City and the Great Outdoors Colorado Trust Fund (GOCO), relating to the Fairmount Park Renovation Project, copies of which are attached hereto (Except Appendix A through F to the GOCO Grant Agreement which are on file with the City Clerk), having been approved as to form by the City Attorney, are hereby approved. SECTION 2. The President of the City Council is authorized to execute and deliver the Agreements in the name of the City and the City Clerk is directed to affix the seal of the City thereto and attest same.
