A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE ISSUANCE OF A
REVOCABLE PERMIT TO H.A.R.P AUTHORITY FOR THE
USE OF THE 100 BLOCK OF SOUTH VICTORIA AVENUE
FROM 7:00 A.M. TO 11:00 P.M. ON SATURDAY, JUNE 15,
2002 FOR THE 2 ND ANNUAL "BOATS, BLUES & BBQ"
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF PUEBLO, that:
SECTION 1.
A Revocable Permit be issued to H.A.R.P. Authority for the use of the 100 Block
of South Victoria Avenue from 7:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. on Saturday, June 15, 2002 to
conduct the 2 nd annual "Boats, Blues & BBQ ".
SECTION 2.
The Revocable Permit, hereby granted, may be revoked by resolution of the City
Council at anytime hereafter, without notice.

ISSUE
Should City Council issue a Revocable Permit to H.A.R.P. Authority for the use of
the 100 Block of South Victoria Avenue on Saturday, June 15, 2002 from 7:00
a.m. to 11:00 p.m.
RECOMMENDATION
The Revocable Permit Review Committee met and reviewed all data presented.
The Committee recommends that the City Council approve the request based
upon the following findings:
1. The applicant has provided the required general public liability insurance
coverage.
2. The applicant has agreed to clean up any debris resulting from the event.
3. The applicant has agreed to use proper barricades to close the street.
