A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE ISSUANCE OF A
REVOCABLE PERMIT TO THE ROSEMOUNT VICTORIAL
MUSEUM AUXILIARY FOR THE USE OF THE 400
BLOCKS OF WEST 14 AND 15 STREETS FROM 5:00
P.M. FRIDAY, AUGUST 16, 2002 TO 2:00 A.M.
SATURDAY, AUGUST 17, 2002 FOR THE PURPOSE OF
CONDUCTING THE ANNUAL STOMP -ON
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF PUEBLO, that:
SECTION 1.
The Revocable Permit be issued to the Rosemount Victorian Museum Auxiliary
for the use of the 400 Blocks of West 14 and 15 Streets from 5:00 p.m. August 16,
2002 to 2:00 a.m. August 17, 2002 to hold the annual Stomp -On.

The Revocable Permit, hereby granted, may be revoked by resolution of the City
Council at anytime hereafter, without notice.

TO THE ROSEMOUNT VICTORIAN MUSEUM AUXILIARY FOR THE USE OF
THE 400 BLOCKS OF WEST 14TH AND 15TH STREETS FROM 5:00 P.M.
FRIDAY, AUGUST 16, 2002 TO 2:00 A.M. SATURDAY, AUGUST 17, 2002 FOR
THE PURPOSE OF CONDUCTING THE ANNUAL STOMP -ON
ISSUE
Should City Council issue a Revocable Permit to the Rosemount Victorian
Museum Auxiliary for the use of the 400 Blocks of West 14th and 15th Streets
from 5:00 p.m. August 16, 2002 to 2:00 a.m. August 17, 2002 for the annual
Stomp -On.
RECOMMENDATION
The Revocable Permit Review Committee met and reviewed all data presented.
The Committee recommends that the City Council approve the request based
upon the following findings:
1. The applicant has provided the required general public liability insurance
coverage.
2. The applicant has agreed to clean up any debris resulting from the event.
3. The applicant has agreed to use proper barricades to close the street.
