ANNE CATHOLIC CHURCH FOR THE USE OF THE 2700 BLOCK OF EAST 12 STREET BETWEEN BEAUMONT AND CLOVIS STREETS AND THE 1200 BLOCK OF BEAUMONT BETWEEN EAST 12 STREET AND EAST 13 STREET FROM 11:00 A.M. TO 11:00 P.M. ON SATURDAY, JULY 20, 2002 AND SUNDAY, JULY 21, 2002 FOR A PARISH FESTIVAL BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF PUEBLO, that: SECTION 1. A Revocable Permit be issued to St. Anne Catholic Church for the use of the 2700 Block of East 12 Street between Beaumont and Clovis Streets and the 1200 Block of Beaumont between East 12 Street and East 13 Street from 11:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. on July 20, 2002, and July 21, 2002 to hold a parish festival. SECTION 2. The Revocable Permit, hereby granted, may be revoked by resolution of the City Council at anytime hereafter, without notice. ON SATURDAY, JULY 20, 2002 AND SUNDAY, JULY 21, 2002 FOR A PARISH FESTIVAL ISSUE Should City Council issue a Revocable Permit to St. Anne Catholic Church for the use of the 2700 Block of East 12th Street between Beaumont and Clovis Streets and the 1200 Block of Beaumont between East 12th Street and East 13th Street on July 20, 2002 and July 21, 2002 from 11:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. RECOMMENDATION The Revocable Permit Review Committee met and reviewed all data presented. The Committee recommends that the City Council approve the request based upon the following findings: 1. The applicant has provided the required general public liability insurance coverage. 2. The applicant has agreed to clean up any debris resulting from the event. 3. The applicant has agreed to use proper barricades to close the street. BACKGROUND None FINANCIAL IMPACT None
