HomeMy WebLinkAbout09612RESOLUTION NO. 9612 A RESOLUTION TRANSFERING $20,000 FROM THE GENERAL FUND CONTINGENCY TO THE FINANCE DEPARTMENT BUDGET AND AUTHORIZING THE USE OF THOSE FUNDS FOR A COST ALLOCATION STUDY. WHEREAS, The City of Pueblo General Fund provides services to a variety of entities; and WHEREAS, The City Council of The City of Pueblo desires to know the cost of those services; and WHEREAS, It further desires to allocate these costs in a fair and equitable manner; and WHEREAS, Funds for this study are available in the General Fund Contingency Account; and WHEREAS, There are consulting professionals available to provide these services; BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF PUEBLO, that: SECTION 1. Funds in the amount of $20,000 be transferred from the General Fund Contingency Account to the Finance Department Budget for the purpose of hiring a consulting professional. SECTION 2. The City Manager be authorized to issue an RFP for these services, and contract with a qualified consulting professional under the general provisions of the sample agreement attached.
