A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE ISSUANCE OF A
REVOCABLE PERMIT TO THE SENIOR RESOURCE
DEVELOPMENT AGENCY AND THE LATINO CHAMBER
OF COMMERCE FOR THE USE OF THE 200 BLOCK OF
SOUTH UNION AVENUE BETWEEN GRAND AVENUE
AND RICHMOND AVENUE FROM 12:00 NOON TO 2:00
A.M. ON JULY 27, 2002 TO CONDUCT A STREET DANCE
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF PUEBLO, that:
SECTION 1.
A Revocable Permit be issued to the Senior Resource Development Agency and
The Latino Chamber of Commerce for the use of the 200 Block of Union Avenue
between Grand Avenue and Richmond Avenue from 12:00 noon to 2:00 a.m. on July
27, 2002 to conduct a street dance with food and liquor.
SECTION 2.
The Revocable Permit, hereby granted, may be revoked by resolution of the City
Council at anytime hereafter, without notice.

Should City Council issue a Revocable Permit to the Senior Resource
Development Agency and The Latino Chamber of Commerce for the use of the
200 Block of Union Avenue between Grand Avenue and Richmond Avenue from
12:00 noon to 2:00 a.m. on July 27, 2002 to conduct a street dance with food and
liquor vendors.
RECOMMENDATION
The Revocable Permit Review Committee met and reviewed all data presented.
The Committee recommends that the City Council approve the request based
upon the following findings:
1. The applicant has provided the required general public liability insurance
coverage.
2. The applicant has agreed to clean up any debris resulting from the event.
3. The applicant has agreed to use proper barricades to close the street.
