A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE ISSUANCE OF A
REVOCABLE PERMIT TO AMP & ASSOCIATES INC. FOR
THE USE OF THE AREA UNDER THE SOUTH UNION
AVENUE BRIDGE AND THE SIDEWALK AREA ADJACENT
TO THE SOUTHEAST SIDE OF THE BRIDGE TO ALLOW
FOR COMPLETION OF FENCING THE LAND WHICH WILL
BE USED FOR PARKING AND LANDSCAPING
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF PUEBLO, that:
SECTION 1.
A Revocable Permit be issued to AMP & Associates for the use of the area under
the South Union Avenue Bridge and the sidewalk are adjacent to the southeast side of
the bridge to allow for completion of fencing the land which will be used for parking and
landscaping.
SECTION 2.
The Revocable Permit, hereby granted, may be revoked by resolution of the City
Council at anytime hereafter, without notice.

ISSUE
Should City Council issue a Revocable Permit to AMP & Associates Inc. for the
use of the area under the South Union Avenue Bridge and the sidewalk area
adjacent to the southeast side of the bridge to allow for completion of fencing the
land which will be used for parking and landscaping.
RECOMMENDATION
The Revocable Permit Review Committee met and reviewed all data presented.
The Committee recommends that the City Council approve the request based
upon the following findings:
1. The applicant has provided the required general public liability insurance
coverage.
