TO BE USED BY PUEBLO, A MUNICIPAL CORPORATION FOR ROADWAY PURPOSES BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF PUEBLO, that: SECTION 1. The transfer of the land described in the attached warranty deed from Brannan Homes, LTD. to the City of Pueblo and the warranty deed are hereby approved and accepted. SECTION 2. This Resolution shall become effective upon final passage. TO BE USED BY PUEBLO, A MUNICIPAL CORPORATION FOR ROADWAY PURPOSES ISSUE Should City Council accept the transfer of land from Brannan Homes, Ltd. to be used for roadway purposes. RECOMMENDATION Approval of this Resolution. BACKGROUND This Resolution will accept a warranty deed from Brannan Homes, Ltd. for purposes of street right -of -way. As shown on the attached map, the right -of -way will accommodate the extension of 18th Street. FINANCIAL IMPACT There is no financial impact to the City due to this Resolution.
